High-Value Sales & Market Acquisition: Approx. 85% Sales / 15% Management
- Core Focus: Acquisition of (leading) car dealer groups in France. Average of 3 meetings per week , aiming for mid five-figure Annual Recurring Revenues (ARRs).
- Develop the go-to-market strategy: driving customer acquisition, managing the entire sales process, building a strong partner network.
- Representation: Responsible for building up the customer base in France and acting as the company’s representative at relevant events.
- Network Building: Establish a strong personal network within the car industry.
- Act as an interface to the international OEM & Partnership Team, and collaborate closely with Marketing, CSM and other internal departments.
- Strategy & Growth: Development and implementation of a strategic business plan to achieve the company's sales goals in France to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
- Building, coaching and managing a local sales colleague in France.
- Continuous monitoring and analysis of local market trends and competitors in the French Automotive and FinTech scene.
- Regular and structured reporting to the VP Sales Europe on country performance, sales activities, market insights and strategic recommendations.
